Come to the last part, first, get a brush of the color of the shirt of the player (before he desaturada) and paint it on screen or boat light if you want to decrease the opacity, now with a white brush illuminates some parts of the sign especially the main type to get a good tone for the last edge, get a big edge gray then paint the corners with a brush at one end sharpen.
